Motivational Talk
Inspired by the success as mountaineers, having climbed Mount Everest, having reached the poles; and because we believe we can convey a positive message, we are committed to sharing our experiences. In recent years we have spoken about our expeditions before various audiences, in Caracas as well as in many other cities in Venezuela. We have even been in other countries talking about our story. We have worked with different companies, big and small, educational organizations and institutions, from small schools in Caracas and the interior, to different universities nationwide.
We developed the conference based on the needs of the companies and institutions we have worked with. We speak from the experience in the most important expeditions we have done, transcending the scope of the simple anecdote to take it to a more enriching level, highlighting values and virtues that have led us to success. We look for a way to combine our experience with the day-to-day life of the listeners.
The talk focuses on values such as:
- Long-term vision and strategic planning
- Shared Leadership and Teamwork
- Risk Management and Ability to Improvise
- Integration of different cultures and values
We can combine these themes with others that the client wish to emphasize, according to the requirements of each activity. We do this from the thrilling atmosphere of the story about a true adventure. This experiential quality contributes to give emphasis and strength to the message we want to convey.
The talks are usually structured in two parts: a speech from the team members backed up with photographs and videos of our expeditions. And a Question & Answer session so that the listeners have the opportunity to formulate their concerns and share their opinions.
